Rivers rerun Update: INEC postpones election in Bonny

The Independent National Electoral
Commission (INEC) accredited no fewer than
2,537,590 voters for the ongoing election rerun
in Rivers state.
The election is scheduled to hold across the
23 Local Government Area (LGA), 319 wards
and 4,442 Polling Units of the state.

INEC has announced the postponement of
election at Bonny Local Government Area of
Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The Nation
gathered that Party agents alleged that election
materials brought were fake, thus prevented
distribution of the materials to Wards.
Besides Bonny. INEC also declared
postponement of election in three other Local
Government Areas, Khana, Gokana, Andoni in
the state.

Harcourt Local Government Area.
