Fuel Crisis To End As Kaduna Refinery Recommences Production
The Nigeria

Petroleum
Corporation (NNPC) said the refinery
in Kaduna will commence production
before next week and will ease the
biting fuel crisis across the country.
During a
monitoring
tour of fuel
stations in
the federal
capital,
the Head of
Corporate
Affairs of
the
Corporation, Garba Deen, said over 240
trucks of petrol were delivered in Abuja
on Tuesday.
He added that more vessels are being
discharged in Lagos for supply across the
country.
He said the situation is improving and the
queues are expected to disappear by the
end of the week, adding that efforts must
be made to deter diversion and hoarding
to sustain any gains made to quell the
situation.
