Kano DSS's director dies

The State Director of the Department of Security
Service (DSS), Kano command, Alhaji Abdullahi Bello
Charanchi is dead.
Charanchi,56, died on Saturday in Kano hospital after a
brief illness, a family source, said.
"It was a sudden death. He was rushed to hospital on
Friday night after he fell sick and he passed on today"
he said.
Also commenting the death, the Kano State Police
Commissioner, Rabi'u Yusuf, said they were on their
way to Charanchi with the corpse of the late director.
"Yes, it is true my brother Charanchi is dead. We are on
our way to the deseased's home town Charanchi with
the corpse. May Allah grant him Aljannatul firdaus," he
prayed.
